Kayak Loading Roller S – Heavy-Duty Bearing Roller with Adjustable Height

The Kayak Loading Roller S is an upgraded single-suction-cup loading aid designed to make lifting and sliding a kayak onto a vehicle roof rack easier and smoother. Its key advantage is the combination of a heavy-duty rubber roller and an internal bearing system, allowing the roller to turn freely under load while offering much better durability than basic foam-style supports.

The support height can be adjusted through three positions to better suit different vehicles and loading angles. The roller assembly itself can withstand more than 80kg, but for practical vehicle use we recommend keeping the kayak load to 40kg or less, as the vehicle glass, roof panel, or mounting surface may not safely tolerate higher loads.

How to Use

1. Clean the suction cup and mounting surface thoroughly before installation.
2. Select the most suitable of the three height positions.
3. Place the suction cup on a clean, smooth, undamaged section of glass or suitable roof surface.
4. Lock the suction cup firmly and check that it cannot move.
5. Place the kayak onto the rubber roller and carefully guide it upward toward the roof rack.
6. Remove the loading roller immediately after use.
